Hampden County Bar Association

The Hampden County Bar Association's 6th Annual 5K Run/Walk Race Judicata: A Run for the Bar will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at the Ashley Reservoir, Holyoke, MA. Check-in, packet pick-up and race day registration is at 9:00 am and the 5K will begin at 11:00 am. Proceeds raised from this year's event will benefit the Children's Law Project and the Colonel Archer B. Battista Veterans Memorial Scholarship.

Waiver - upon acceptance of my registration, i for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, do hereby release the hampden county bar association, its staff, its board of directors, the race director, the holyoke elks lodge, the city of holyoke and any and all departments, and any and all volunteers of the race judicata – a run for the bar and any individual or group associated with this event from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the entities or persons named in this waiver. i grant permission to all the forgoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, verbal or written statements or any other record of this event with my likeness for nay legitimate purpose without limitation or further compensation. i assume all risk associated with running and training for this event including, but not limited to injuries, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including the conditions of the course, and any lost property, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. i will not participate unless i am medically able and properly trained.*
